      以打造無(wú)人機(jī)系統(tǒng)高端平臺(tái)，激發(fā)無(wú)人系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用，加強(qiáng)無(wú)人系統(tǒng)交流合作，促進(jìn)無(wú)人系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，增強(qiáng)行業(yè)凝聚力和影響力，實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)盟成員合作共贏。聯(lián)盟將以國(guó) 家產(chǎn)業(yè)政策為指導(dǎo)，以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向，以信用為基石，以契約為保障，以企業(yè)為主體，融 合各方資源，搭建管、產(chǎn)、學(xué)、研、商、用的平臺(tái)，建立合作運(yùn)營(yíng)、利益分享的機(jī)制， 提升聯(lián)盟成員研究開(kāi)發(fā)、生產(chǎn)制造、集成應(yīng)用及維修服務(wù)技術(shù)水平，凝聚聯(lián)盟成員在技 術(shù)和社會(huì)各方面的號(hào)召力、影響力，提升無(wú)人系統(tǒng)在社會(huì)各領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用水平，完善我國(guó) 無(wú)人系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，促進(jìn)我國(guó)無(wú)人機(jī)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展，不斷增強(qiáng)中國(guó)無(wú)人機(jī)系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn) 業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。中國(guó)無(wú)人機(jī)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟自2014年8月底籌建以來(lái)，現(xiàn)有會(huì)員單位140家， 專家委員會(huì)成員60余人。

Objectives of AUVSC

Tenet of AUVSC (Association for Unmanned Vehicle System of China): Create a high-end platform for UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) system; stimulate the innovative applications of UVA system; strengthen exchanges and cooperation on UVA system; promote the industrial development of UVA system; enhance its industrial cohesion and influence and realize the win-win cooperation of AUVSC members. AUVSC will take national industrial policy as its guidance, market as its orientation, credit as its cornerstone, contract as its security and enterprise as its main body to integrate resources at all levels , set up the platform of management , production , study , research, business and application, establish a cooperative-operating and benefit- sharing mechanism, elevate AUVSC member’s technological levels of research and development, production and manufacturing, integrated application and maintenance services, agglomerate AUVSC member’s rallying appeal and influence in various technological and social aspects, promote the application level of UVA system in all social fields, perfect the industry chain of our country’s UVA system, facilitate the healthy development of our country’s UVA system industry and increasingly enhance the industrial competitiveness of our country’s UVA system. Since its construction preparation at the end of August 2014, AUVSC (Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems of China) has 140 member units and over 60 expert committee members.

·         貫徹落實(shí)國(guó)家相關(guān)的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策；

·         研究行業(yè)發(fā)展方向，制定行業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃，提供行業(yè)資訊服務(wù)；

·         收集、統(tǒng)計(jì)行業(yè)信息，研究行業(yè)運(yùn)行態(tài)勢(shì)，發(fā)布行業(yè)運(yùn)行報(bào)告；

·         建立無(wú)人系統(tǒng)行業(yè)新技術(shù)新產(chǎn)品信息庫(kù)，向國(guó)家有關(guān)部門積極推薦進(jìn)入相關(guān)目錄；

·         向政府有關(guān)部門提出政策建議，組織制定行業(yè)行規(guī)，搭建企業(yè)與政府間的溝通橋梁；

·         促進(jìn)聯(lián)盟成員間的資源共享，促進(jìn)聯(lián)盟成員在資金、技術(shù)、市場(chǎng)、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)等方面的合作；

·         組織重大共性技術(shù)研究，協(xié)調(diào)聯(lián)盟成員關(guān)系，實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化、規(guī)模化發(fā)展；

·         組織無(wú)人系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)資源，開(kāi)展重大項(xiàng)目頂層設(shè)計(jì)，實(shí)施行業(yè)或區(qū)域應(yīng)用示范；

·         牽頭籌建無(wú)人系統(tǒng)相關(guān)院士工作站、工程研究中心、工程技術(shù)研究中心、重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室等設(shè)施；

·         大力推動(dòng)無(wú)人系統(tǒng)行業(yè)深入合作、產(chǎn)需對(duì)接和區(qū)域合作，加速無(wú)人系統(tǒng)技術(shù)與產(chǎn)品的普及應(yīng)用；

·         加快無(wú)人系統(tǒng)行業(yè)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的修訂，推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證、質(zhì)量檢測(cè)、品牌建設(shè)等行業(yè)體系的建立與完善；

·         研究行業(yè)關(guān)稅政策，開(kāi)展產(chǎn)業(yè)損害預(yù)警工作，維護(hù)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全；

·         促進(jìn)行業(yè)自律，維護(hù)行業(yè)和企業(yè)的利益及合法權(quán)益；

·         搭建無(wú)人系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)信息交流、教育培訓(xùn)、展覽展示等平臺(tái)，推動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)外產(chǎn)、學(xué)、研、商、用合作，增強(qiáng)聯(lián)盟企業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新實(shí)力；

·         加強(qiáng)與國(guó)（境）外無(wú)人系統(tǒng)組織聯(lián)系和溝通，促進(jìn)國(guó)際、區(qū)域間的交流與合作，提升中國(guó)無(wú)人系統(tǒng)的影響力和話語(yǔ)權(quán)；

·         承擔(dān)政府、聯(lián)盟成員委托的其它業(yè)務(wù)。

·         Task of AUVSC

·         Implement relevant industrial policies of China;

·         Study development trends of the industry, establish development plans and provide relevant consulting services for the industry;

·         Collect and analyze data in the industry, study the general situation of the industry’s performance, issue industry performance reports;

·         Build a database for new technologies and products of unmanned vehicle systems, apply to relevant government authorities actively for inclusion of the database in relevant categories;

·         Promote resources sharing among AUVSC members, promote AUVSC members’ cooperation in

·         financing, technologies, marketing, intellectual property rights, etc.;

·         Organize research on major common technologies, coordinate relationships between AUVSC members, and realize industrialized and large-scale development;

·         Lead the preparation to establish facilities like academician workstations, engineering research centers, engineering technology research centers and key Laboratories for unmanned vehicle systems;

·         Vigorously promote in-depth cooperation, regional cooperation, match supply and demand, accelerate popularization and application of unmanned vehicle Technologies and products;

·         Make research on tariff policies for this industry, conduct the monitoring and warning mechanism for industrial damages, maintain industrial security;

·         Promote self-discipline within the industry, protect interests and legal rights of the industry and enterprises;

·         Set up platforms for information exchange, education and training, exhibitions in the unmanned vehicle systems industry, promote domestic and international cooperation for manufacturing, learning, research and application, improve independent innovation of AUVSC members;

·         Enhancecommunications between domestic and foreign organizations for unmanned vehicle systems, promote international and regional exchanges and cooperation, increase the influence and win a greater say for China in the unmanned vehicle systems industry;

·         Undertake other tasks entrusted by the government and AUVSC members.
